Small room with single bed in 2nd (top) Floor Flat in block of 12 flats over looking field and surrounded by trees. 15-20 minutes walk from station (trains every 30mins to Oxford and only take 15mins, lots of fast trains to Swindon and Reading). 10mins from large Sainsbury's, Tesco's, Cinema, new arts centre, pubs and take aways. Very quiet. Smoking Strictly Outside.

Rent includes electricity, council tax

You must be a professional or post graduate student. My preference is for a woman who would be away on Saturday nights but this is not essential.
