Small to medium sized prestigious organisation seeking outstanding Executive Office Manager to fit in with a demanding multifaceted role.
My client has specifically requested a candidate with a strong educational background, ideally at degree level, previous exposure to basic accounts procedures is a must, as well as experience working with high profile individuals and demanding clients.
This is a corporate environment and a client facing role therefore you should possess strong communication skills and be able to present yourself to the highest of standards.

• Be first point of contact for all telephone enquiries, using your knowledge and initiative to deal with wide-ranging calls and emails from entrepreneurs, sponsors and others.
• Run busy office; handling everything from liaising with the landlord and ordering stationery, to buying computer equipment.
• Provide backup support to demanding CEO, working with his part-time PA, including helping with confidential employee and sponsor contracts.
• Manage all accounts with easy-to-use software (QuickBooks) to issue and pay invoices, run payroll and process expenses, petty cash and VAT returns.
• Provide first line support for computer and telephone network, troubleshooting problems, backed-up by telephone support from our outsourced IT company.
• Work with every member of the team in this pivotal role, including helping at events and supporting our researchers as needed.
