The venue hosts to a wide range of clientele in an ever transforming chameleon environment. Intimate & priThe venue has an established lunch & early evening trade.
Evenings & weekends are busy & vibrant, with pulsating DJ's

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of service via your knowledge in the offer & the product. As with the quality of your team & the time you invest with them.
You will have the autonomy to implement marketing ideas & innovations to ensure the success of the business.
With experience in both wet & dry sales, in units with a T/O 50k per week

This is a hands on position where you will demonstrate a pivotal role in the success of the unit. An eye for detail and a keen focus on driving sales & profit.
You will be accountable for stock, wage percentage to sales & weekly gross profit reports.

The company has sites nationwide, with opportunities to grow & develop in this expanding concept for candidates with potential.
This position is not for the faint hearted. You will have the drive & determination to succeed in this role, with an assertive & positive aggression to become an Area Manager in the future.


To be considered for this position;
•A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS GENERAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN A STYLE BAR ENVIRONMENT
•COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
•DEMONSTRATE A CLEAR FOCUS ON DRIVING SALES
•PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF SUCCESSFUL MARKETING IDEAS
