ROLE Purchase Ledger Administrator
REPORTING TO: Purchase Ledger Manager
LOCATION Oxford
SALARY Between £14,000 and £18,000 (dependent on experience) + Great Benefits
My client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team as soon as possible on a permanent basis working from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
The role will include:
* Matching invoices to Purchase Orders
* Authorising Invoices
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Liaising with Branch Manger and departments within the company
* Register invoices manually
* Scanning of invoices
* Filing and admin duties
You will need to have:
* At least one year experience in a similar/related role
* Confident Telephone Manner
* Good Organisational Skills
* Able to prioritise workload efficiently
* Good Data input Skills
* Computer Literacy to include excel and word
* Flexibility
