Wanted full time, experienced food and beverage supervisor to assist the running of a busy bar. Duties will include stock mamangement, rota management and staff training as well as supervising the day to day running of the bar. Applicant will also be required to cover the kitchen duties as necessary therefore a food hygiene would be an advantage. The site serves Cost Coffee therefore the role may suit an experienced barista. Duty management shifts will be necessary as part of the role. Shifts will be on a rota basis and the applicant must be flexible.
