Project Naad Sikh Dharma Group (Oxford)

If you are interested in spirituality and would like to learn about sikh philosophy then feel free to check out the Project Naad Group website The definition of Naad is the essence of all sounds Naad are vibrations which are in perfect balance with the 5 elements of the universe earth fire air water ether. In order to merge our individual consciousness with universal consciousness we must speak to the universe using sounds which speak to the universe. Naad is the language of the universe. The Sikh holy scripture the Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is written in resonance with Naad which is only one facet of its many perfections. The Word of the Guru (Gurbani) tunes our mind and opens our hearts to the infinity of our soul. Then nothing is impossible because infinity has no limits and our hearts begin to shine with unconditional love. This love fulfills every aspect of our being and serves everyone unconditionally. By serving others God serves you. This is the teaching at the heart of Sikh Dharma. Just as Naad is the essence of all sounds Sikh Dharma is the essence of all religions because unconditional love is the essence of everything. w.ProjectNaad.com Blessings ProjectNaad Group

benefactor could you help? (i)

years ago I gave birth to a 24 weeker little girl she suffered a major bleed to the brain and was left with cerebral palsy. I consequently had to give up my job and become a full time carer although she is in reciept of benefit it no where near covers what my earnings were. Hope is a delight to behold every day she brings such joy to our lives but financially it is a struggle. I am ashamed to have to ask for help but is there is a benefactor out there that could help us in some way financially however small it would be greatly appreciated. Again sorry to ask but I dont want to loose my house. Thanks for all who took the time to read this. Unfortunately you will receive no material goods just the knowledge that you have really helped a family in crisis. Any questions please ask this is 100 genuine. Thanks again xox

Oxfordshire Open Eco-homes 11th-14th Sept '08 (Oxford and Oxfordshire)

Oxfordshire Eco-Homes Open Days When 11-14TH September 2008 Where Oxford and Oxfordshire Oxfordshire s second Eco-homes Open Days returns in September. 19 homes across Oxfordshire will invite the public to see experience and share the techniques and vision of their eco-renovations. The eco-homes look like ordinary houses on the outside. But looks can be deceptive from simple and affordable to sophisticated the houses use the latest ideas and technology of green design to slash their energy and water use and lower their carbon footprints. They recycle their water generate power with solar panels or windmills are super insulated (sometimes with a turf roof sheep s wool or straw bales) and one is even heated by a heat pump that draws energy from the River Thames. The houses cover a wide range of types including a flat a terraced Victorian house a 17th century cottage in a conservation area a listed Regency villa and a 1980 s developer house. The house owners themselves will show visitors around and share the excitement challenges and sometimes frustrations they encountered in creating their green home. The event is jointly organised by Oxford-based education charity the Climate Outreach Information Network (Coin) and Oxfordshire ClimateXChange with the generous support of Oxford City Council Oxfordshire County Pink and Black Property Consultants Simply Green and the Fund for Environment and Urban Life. It runs as part of the Heritage Open Days event (w.openingdoorsopeningminds.org.uk index.html Antonia Hund-Goeschel Ecovation project manager of Coin says We want to inspire people and we know that as soon as people see inside these great houses and meet their owners they will be fired up to do something themselves. Jo Hamilton co-coordinator of ClimateXChange says These homes are fantastic examples of how a green approach can deliver beautiful healthier cheaper and better places to live. The challenge is to match the rising demand for such home renovations with high quality advice building services and products. With rising energy prices and a stagnating housing market eco-renovation can provide a win win situation for home owners and the local economy. Gavin Killip from Oxford University s Environmental Change Institute and author of the recent Federation of Master Builders Report Building a Greener Britain said UK housing is among the worst in Europe when it comes to energy efficiency which means there s plenty of room for improvement. Making low-carbon housing mainstream will be good for business and good for jobs as well as reducing energy bills and Co2 emissions. 2.
Olan Mills Con alert (oxford)

A lot of people probably havent heard but Olan Mills has re-opened in Oxford but this time situated in the Mothercare by Tesco. They have a new studio and look but I think old problems too Theyve been running a little con holding stalls in templars square and the city centre getting people to enter the prize draw the top prize is £200 of photography and the runners up prize is a free photoshoot and a 5x7 photo. Enter and I guarantee you will be a runner up. Why? Because the directors have told their studio teams to make everyone a winner. Youll go in and have your picture taken for free and after the sales pitch youll end up leaving with £300 less in your pocket. The thing is youre probably thinking thats not too bad for lots of professional pictures. Lets put it this way you dont get a lot for your money with a small 5x7 costing £20 each. That brings me onto the point of professionalism anyway two days of photography training makes you a bone fide olan mills photographer they spend more time training in sales technique than how to take the pictures in the first place. Whats more if a member of staff leaves before their first year is up they have to pay £450 training costs for the privilege. The oxford studio is using a camera that is 7 years old and has almost half the resolution picture quality (5 mega pixels) of most compact cameras you can pick up for a hundred quid a Samsung 8 mega pixel camera can be bought for £99. Youd be better off hanging a white sheet from your curtain pole. If your going to get photos taken go with a studio that doesnt disguise its prices and uses the latest equipment. Lets face it if youre going to pay for photographs of your kids you want to get the best you can theyre only kids once.

We will then be advertising your company everytime we play. We play are matches all over Oxfordshire and sometimes even as far as Reading Berkshire. We are mentioned in the Oxford Mail once a week and have been photographed a few times by them which can be viewed in the local paper and online.
Hi Thanks for reading Im looking for someone who lives in the general vicinity of Oxpens road who has an unused parking space which will be available from September 2008.
Tax Refunds 4u 1 in 3 Are Due A Tax Refund. Are You? No Win No Fee (Nationwide)

Tax Refunds 4u 1 in 3 Are Due A Tax Refund. Are You? No Win No Fee Average refund is currently £800 No Win No Fee. How to get your money back from the taxman Did you know that it is your responsibility to get any overpaid tax back from the Inland Revenue? Most people wrongly believe that the tax man will automatically return any overpaid tax to them and tell them when they are missing out on tax relief. Not True Where it is clear that an individual has overpaid tax then the Inland Revenue will return the money. But as the law states it is the taxpayers responsibility to make sure things are right and in very many cases this does not happen. We estimate that a staggering 1 in 3 taxpayers are due money back that is over 10 million people. There are many people that can get a tax refund and perhaps dont know about it. People who work part of a tax year have more than one job use their own car for work buy equipment or tools to do their job. Typically students and people working in the UK from overseas can make claims for tax refunds. If youve ever been self employed or worked on the Cis scheme then the Inland Revenue probably owe you money too (particularly if you havent had advice on submitting tax returns Even having children born between 1985 2003 you may have missed out on £1500 The list goes on and on. The scales are overwhelmingly tipped in the Inland Revenues favour. Only a small minority of people understand the tax law and procedures of the Inland Revenue sufficiently to take on the taxman and win. But dont think that you have to be a millionaire to benefit from specialist tax advice. For more info take a look at http w.taxrefunds4u.co.uk
