The house has wireless internet and a landline. The bills are typically £12.00 per month for electricity; gas is pay-as-you-go and has been approximately £5.00 every 10 days. The internet is £5.00 per month. Television licence has been paid for.

The House:
The house has two bathrooms, a medium sized kitchen and garden with fruiting trees, perfect for BBQ’s in summer. There is also a large lounge for relaxing in.

Location:
A character house located in the Bohemian side of East Oxford near all the funky and practical amenities of the Cowley Road (Tescos, pubs, bars, restaurants and small grocery stores) on a very quiet street. The house is a 25 minute walk from town centre, a 15 minute walk from Oxford Brookes University. Bus routes near to the house serve town centre, Temple Cowley, Oxford Brookes Campus and Headington. Buses to London and major airports are located in St. Clements, a 15 minute walk away.

House Mates:
Currently two guys and a girl-
Two guys: a capoeira and sociology third year and a Phd mathematician/ physicist, and a girl: a professional market researcher. There is a good, friendly, harmony at the house, everybody works hard, but also spends some time together-

£300 per month (£75.00 per week) excluding bills, a deposit of half of one month’s rent will also be required.
