Volunteer Web Joomla developer
We are a charity which runs programmes for young people who are excluded from school, or who don't get on well at school. Our website is at http://www.frontiers.uk.net.
I'm the communications officer and I've just built a new website using Joomla, currently at: http://jamesschumann.leo.titaninternet.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=53&Itemid=85
We want to add more functionality, e.g. online booking, forms and database so that people can login to the website, save their details and fill in forms and pay for events that we run, all online.
We are very short of funds and unable to pay someone, but we are looking for a volunteer Joomla expert / web developer who can help me to set this up. I have experience in web design / HTML / CSS, but limited PHP, and I am new to Joomla.
If you can help us, you will make a real difference to some of the most disadvantaged young people in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and West Berkshire. This is a great chance to put your skills to an extremely worthwhile use.
The organisation is based in Pangbourne (near Reading) but I live in Oxford, so you come to either of these places to help out, or do so over the phone if that's easier for you.
