I am moving into a house which has just been renovated on 10th may, and there are 3 spare bedrooms which I need to fill. The house has everything and more that you could possibly dream of (except a tv which i don't own at present!) brand new everything, gorgeous southfacing modern style garden perfect for summer bbqs, equiped with wooden furniture for 6 to eat outside and two sunbeds. I'd like to hear from mature-ish students coming to the area (preferably with a gsoh, healthy lifestyles, into recycling, clean, tidy, considerate, genuine people, up for a laugh, friendly, openminded etc) or young professionals who would take the room until the students get back mid aug/sept. I'm well travelled, down to earth, into music, good food, sports and wine and would love for similar people to contact me please!
