Single room in friendly professional house share (£325 pcm)

There's four of us in the house at the moment, myself (Brad 29), Penny (27) and Dave (32).

We're all professionals and generally a friendly bunch (try and go to the pub and out for meals/cinema once in a while etc). The current tenant (Nat) is moving back to Oz middle of November.

I own the house and have been here for a year and half. I've done a bit of work on it, new heating, replaced the windows, redecorated, etc. A new bathroom was installed 3 months ago.

I will ideally be looking to get another girl in the single room to keep the house balanced and am arranging viewings at the moment.

All bills are included, including internet, council tax, heating, elec etc. There is a unrestricted parking outside (despite the bizare signs?!)

The house has really good access to the main bus route into Oxford, and the ring road without being a through road. It's 37 Napier Road, which is just off Garsington Road. It's furnished. I'm flexible on the tenancy duration, I'm much more concerned that we have someone in the house that's easy going and fun to have around :). I ask for a months rent up front rather than a deposit, which means you don't pay the last month when you come to leave.
