I have a 2 bed house in gerater leys. I have a large kitchen diner and a good sized living room. I have a good sized bathroom and seperate toilet/ washroom downstairs. I have two good sized bedrooms and a seperate room which could be used for storage/ computer room/ study or a very small bedroom (will just fit a single bed in it). I have own back garden and own personal parking space outside the kitchen window.
