Weekly let : Room with own bathroom and kitchenette facilities (£130 pw)
At the top of my terrace house there's a sunny, quiet, self-contained room with own attached bathroom and basic kitchen facilities (microwave, fridge, kettle). In the room are a double bed, wardrobe,bookshelf, desk and chair. Also included are a digital tv and wireless internet access.
The house is just off the Iffley Road in east Oxford. Parking is available on the street outside - no permit needed. Bus stop for buses into the city centre 3 mins away. City centre 7 mins by bus, 10 mins by bike or 25 minutes walking.
It's available for weekly rent at £130 per week, including all utilities, internet, bedlinen, towels and weekly cleaning. Suited to an individual (not couple), non smoking and someone who mostly keeps regular hours. Please note the room is not suitable for a long let, as living room and full kitchen facilities are not available. Most of my guests are either attending conferences or have just moved to Oxford and want a short-term base while they look for somewhere long term. The normal stay is 1-4 weeks.
Now taking bookings from 5- 22 November, and from 30 November onwards.
