It is suitable for both sexes from about 14 to 90+ Almost every person I have ever met who took up bowling wished they had started when they were younger. I certainly did. Maybe you have already tried on grass greens but found it rather heavy going - We have an all-weather carpet that bowls just like a fast grass green.
