The house was refurbished around 12 months ago and has a large, nicely finished bathroom with a great shower and a good sized kitchen. There's also plenty of storage space and a garden which is maintained by the landlords.
The other house mates are a 30 year old guy and 31 year old woman (not a couple) who work office hours and are very respectful of others space. They've got their own lives but still like to occasionally go to the Jericho Tavern together for a drink or cook a meal for the other house mates.
The rent is £495 a month not including bills which are about £100 each to cover council tax, Virgin TV and wireless broadband, utilities etc.
The moving date is reasonably flexible.
