ROLE Customer Services Supervisor (Automotive related)
LOCATION Witney
SALARY Dependent on experience

My client, a bespoke provider of vehicle hire and leasing services, is looking for an experienced Customer Services Manager with fleet management experience (managing a minimum of 1000 vehicles) to manage a busy customer service department and ensure it delivers quality, condition and timely delivery of vehicles for hire and first class service to its clients.

Duties will include:
* Overseeing the daily management of the department (5 people)
* Monitoring, analysing and reporting on the departmental budgets
* Warranty management
* Customer liaison regarding breakdowns, repairs and end of contract procedures
* Liaison with sales and project manage for new and existing rental opportunities

You will need to:
* Have at least two years experience in fleet management managing a minimum of 1000 vehicles
* Ideally have technical (trucks and trailer) knowledge although not essential (ie you could have worked your way up from the workshop to management)
* Have excellent communication skills for liaising with both customers and colleagues in your team
