Please, people with run down or old houses and apartments. Seriously, don't bother. I only want a friendly young (25-35 year olds), nice house/flat share. Close to the city center would be ideal, although I wouldn't mind a bit further if the area is nice. I need to move out of my house pretty soon. Thanks. Diego
