We have a room to rent in our shared house on Chilswell Road in Oxford.

The Room
The room is for a one professional person (sorry, no couples or students) and it has a double bed, two double wardrobes with cupboards and a bedside table. The room is at the back of the house so it is nice and quiet.

The rent is £350 per month plus bills.
Council tax usually comes to £38.50 per person per month.

The House
The area is nice and quiet, just off the Abingdon Road, so it has good transport links being close to bus routes to town and also not too far from the ring road. It is a quick cycle ride to the train station/town. The house is shared between four people (one Italian, one Spanish and one English and me). They are all professionals and would like the person who replaces me to be a professional too, not a student.

There is a shared kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas cooker and oven. The bathroom has a bath and shower, toilet and sink. We also have a living/dining room with dining table and chairs, sofa, TV and DVD player. The house has wifi throughout. There is also lots of storage space in our converted attic. The house has central heating throughout.

There may be an opportunity to change the date which you can move in, this can be negotiated.
