There are single rooms available in a shared house. There is free parking and very near the house, there is a straight bus to anywhere in the city centre.
The room has tables/chairs, beds, bed linens and wardrobes. All rooms are okay to rent initially for six months but tenants can stay there as long as they want after the initial six months.

There is wireless internet broadband access available to use in your room and phone in the house situated in the lounge.
The house is not far from the Green Road Roundabout, London Road in Oxford. House is a minute walk from the bus stop. Buses are every five minutes and are direct to the city centre for 24hrs.

There is a driveway and free parking is available in the street. Please text or call me to discuss further if you wish. Rooms are £320 or £300 per month depending on size and there are no other bills to pay except electricity at £10 a month. There is a deposit of £320 or £300 to pay but the deposit is refundable after your tenancy.
