lovely large two bed house on a new estate in banbury, closer to 2 school, one on the estate and one at the back, the estate has a shop, hairdressers, 2 take aways and a pub and community center.

the house is a large two bed, one room could be made into two rooms making it a 3 rooms,bathroom is a big bathroom, with bath and shower and a cupbord which is also big. livingroom a nice size with a cupbord that is under the stairs (big) kitchen is also a nice size, we have a table and 6 chairs in there, loads of storage space in there, down stair toilet. has a med size garden 6ft shed and a patio area, then the rest grass, drive way out the front spaces for 2 cars, there is a bus on the estate that gose right into town, but there is aslo another bus on the top of the road that is ever 10-20mins into town. The estate is not in the middle of town is just on the out skirts so nice and quite, the road we ae on is very quite, as its like a cul-de-sac no traffic at all
