Accounts Assistant
An Accounts Assistant is required on a permanent basis for a small company based in Oxford.
Duties will include:
Processing of Supplier Invoices
Supplier Cheque and Bacs Payments
Process Staff Expenses
Supplier Statement Reconciliation
Dealing with Staff Expenses
Ensuring the database reflects the information supplied by Staff and all accounting transactions are processed.
To ensure that all Bank Reconciliations are processed daily.
To process and manage the Direct Debits for the Schemes responsible.
To process the Return of Deposits.
Ensuring all Banking entries are entered onto the system daily.
Daily Bank Reconciliations.
Checking and coding all Petty Cash expenditure and employee expenses for All Sites.
Any Ad-Hoc Duties when required
Accruals and Prepayments
To check all Site expenditure including supplier invoice coding prior to imports onto the system within the budgets set by the Client and senior management.
Prepare full month end packs including various
Communication and organisational skills
Building effective relationships with Clients & Colleagues
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Accuracy
The ability to delegate work when required
Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
