I have only ever shared with friends before - but I am interested in letting my 2nd bedroom. It's in Ducklington, just outside of Witney - and I have a small, lovely and friendly but very excitable dog!

It's a quiet village, and I am a fairly quiet but friendly person - not into loud music/parties so wouldn't be wanting a party animal housemate. I am a fairly normal 30 year old woman who enjoys watching movies, going to the cinema, walking my dog, eating out and going for drinks with friends.

There's only one bathroom and it is downstairs, but the room is a double and currently has a double futon and a desk in there which I am happy to leave for your use or remove if you have your own furniture. You would need to find a wardrobe/clothes storage. There is a small gravel garden, a large shed for additional storage, electric shower, BT broadband, storage heaters (not centrally heated) and a real fireplace. Parking is never a problem.

I am keen to meet anyone before any agreement is made to ensure we would find it acceptable to live together!
