I am looking for someone to rent my spacious room in the heart of Oxford. It comes furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet and cupboard etc. My apartment is new and modern with a power-shower, all white goods and heated floors throughout, I have everything you would exspect for day to day living, this is all for your use, at your own will. The whole flat has wifi internet avalable, with unlimited downloads. In Jericho there are coffee shops, restaurants and bars, some of which are the best in Oxfordshire. The surrounding area gives the best of both worlds as it is scenic and convenient. It consists of a meadow and a river, plus quick access (with a 10 minuet walk), to the train station. All main bus routes and the city centre are 10-15 minuet walk. I am a down to earth male who enjoys both going out and staying in with friends. I also like spending time on my own in front of the tv. I am kind, easy to get along with and have a gsoh. I will treat my flat mate with up most respect and would like the same in return.

This room is open for 7 day's a week renting, but is also available on a Monday to Friday basis.
