Our client are currently recruiting for a Team Manager for their residential children’s home for adolescent boys in Middle Barton, Oxfordshire. Its registered for 8 beds and caters for males only aged between 11-16 who are vulnerable with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

The home offers a holistic model of care and education designed to stabilise extreme patterns of behaviour and provide positive, enriching life experiences. Their aim is to help young people achieve their full potential and prepare them for future independence.

The working pattern is whole time working, which involves staff working 7 days on followed by 7 days off. They salary range for the role is £21,806-£28,425 per annum plus a 10% supplement for whole time working. Candidates looking for a salary over £24,828 per annum must have NVQ 4 in Children and Young people.
Candidates wishing to apply must have a minimum of NVQ level 3 in Children and Young People and have relevant experience of working in residential child care.
