About Little Chef

.. the first Little Chef opened in Reading in 1958 as an eleven-seater diner.Since then, we’ve become the UK’s favourite roadside restaurant with over 170 restaurants and 30 Burger King locations, as well as 20 of our food to go option, Coffee Tempo. In total, we serve over 20 million people each year.

About the job.

We have vacancies for team leaders/supervisors/duty managers at both of our restaurants on the A34 at Weston on the Green, between Oxford and Bicester. Because of the location and hours you will need your own transport. The restaurants are open 7am till 10pm and we are looking for people who are flexible between these times and days, full or part time.

As a Team Leader, you be responsible for your shift,

Ensuring that our hospitality and customer care is second to none.

Ensure that the customer leaves the restaurant having had a great experience and is happy to recommend us to all their friends and family.
*
Your role will be varied and challenging, helping the site manager to acheive business goals in all areas of customer service, sales and profit generation.

About you

Previous Catering or Retail experience
*
Previous supervisory experience preferred but not essential
*
Ability to delegate tasks to the team
*
Team Motivation
*
Lead by example
*
A natural flair for dealing with members of the public
*
Excellent customer service ethic
*
Work with a smile on your face
