Hi, and thanks for reading my ad. I have put an ad on gumtree Oxford before and was not as honest as maybe I should of been, due to this we had totally the wrong kind of people coming to view our spare room.
About us~ We are a a couple and our ages are 34 & 44, we both work full time and sometimes have to do nights so would like someone that respects quiet time during the week, but on the other side we are very down to earth, and on occasions like big football games and boxing nights we might have friends round for drinks and a get together, this may also happen during the weekends. We do not have a problem with people smoking cannabis for personal use in there room.
About our house~ In the room is a built in wardrobe and a bed, the bed comes with a futon sofa underneath, this doubles up as a second bed, we would be fine with you having a friend to stay but only every now and then. The room is newly decorated with paint and finished with a wooden floor. There is wifi internet and full sky t.v with Setanta sports for all football games. We don't have a stick cleaning rota but would need you to do the dishes after you have eaten. The rest of the house is not modern or nicely decorated, but has everything that you could need for day to day living, we do not clean all the time but are not dirty. We are still decorating the rest of the house so walls do not match and are not of a good standard. We do have wooden floors throughout.
What we want~ We need you to be kind, respectful of our place, very down to earth and likes to interact with the people that they live with. If you smoke then this is not a problem. This room for rent would suit a student or laid back worker (not professional)

Rent~ Single person £350 per month
Two people (couple) £500 per month

Deposit~ 1 months rent
