Native German speaker wanted for helpdesk support

Provide helpdesk support to the Nielsen Online Internet research panel members using phone and email.
Responsibilities will include dealing with inbound and outbound calls, assisting members with their general and technical problems and offering possible solutions, as well as escalating cases to second line support where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

(Basic knowledge of English required)
- Good communication and phone skills
- Good knowledge of the Internet and Internet Browsers Settings
- Knowledge of Firewall/Anti-virus software will be and advantage
- Be able to work 4-hour shifts, at least 2 times a week
- Previous helpdesk experience is an advantage
