Identifying, designing and delivering business focused Management Development solutions to meet business needs
Defining and identifying talent across the business
Working with and managing external suppliers and ensuring cost effective high quality training
Acting as a coach and mentor across the business
Giving advice to managers on individual training needs
Working with business managers to help implement succession planning across the business
Managing the Performance Management process and ensuring high quality reviews are held
