hello there!

my name is andrea. im a part 2 architect living in 65 essex street oxfordshire.

i live in the loveliest, prettiest most wonderful house and i need two housemates to keep it on, starting first week of July.

its currently a four bedroom house however the downstairs bedroom is being turned into another lounge with sofas tv etc. The kitchen is large, all the appliances are new (dishwasher included)and comes with alot of other useful amenities ie tea sets pans etc.

we have a garden (nice size with outdoor table on the patio) which is well maintained by the landlord and full of summer blooming flowers. The house is a terraced house with orginal plasterwork features and fireplaces in the bedroom (cleaned, no draught). The bathroom has a shower, and the theme is art deco with a brand new designer footed bath.

there is only one toilet / bathroom however if the house is a three bed this is not a problem.

The bedrooms are of a good size and have double beds (nice wooden) and further furniture of a good standard.

The house has original wooden flooring and wall panels throughout, with terracotta tiles in the kitchen.

The landlady is very agreeable and is glad to help with anything we may so need.

I am a very tidy person, this house is my home and i am looking for like minded professionals to live with me in a friendly, happy household. I pride myself on being a fantastic housemate, excessively considerate and i also cook the best shortbread chocolate chip cookies you have ever tasted.

I like to go out, but not excessively so, and do also i like to have my quiet time, as a result of having to work very hard at my job and my course, almost all of the time. I am a student HOWEVER i am a fifth year architect, and aren't one of those horridly inconsiderate drunken baffoons that give students a bad name. I worked for a year as an architect in london last year, and like to think of myself as a professional/mature masters student in my sixth year of univwersity.

The added benefit of this is that i am at home to collect mail / parcels / sort out house stuff in the day.

We have broadband, a housephone and a tv licence / freeview, with the option to get sky at a chea pdeal from our serivce provider.

The only fault with the house is that the internal walls are a little thin which means noise travels a little, but like i said, considerate friendly people only... i do like my music but i only listen to it a little loud in the daytimes when no one but myself is in.

Oh. and the stairs do make a little creaking noise when you walk on them. but i have since procured a stealth-like way of walking up them late at night which means no one is disturbed if i come home a little late.

The shower is great (goood pressure / temp) and we have heating, which can heat the house to a pleasant temperature. We have a timer on this also.

The rent is 385 which is FANTASTIC for what youre getting considering its a 3 bed (when it is a four bed house) with two lounges and a good sized kitchen.

I contribute to council tax despite being a student, because i want to live with professionals who will treat this as a home / will live here through holiday periods like i do.

Location wise the house is on a quiet, pretty family road off cowley road and the neighbours are agreeable. There is a bus stop a 60 second walk from our front door which can take you to town cowley and headington. cowley road itself has fantastic amenities (doctors surgery tescos independant food stores farmers market butchers bars etcetc) all a two minute walk from our front door. there is free parking outside the house and always a space available if you have a car.

General information about me, i enjoy architecture, im an exhibiting realist artist and photographer, i enjoy independant films, anime and terribly weak rom coms). I cook well thanks to my mother and have recently mastered making my own sushi, and japanese noodle soups. I like a diverse range of music from classical to rock and roll, from indie to electro, and i enjoy a good red wine. I do charity work for a homeless shelter in cowley and should hopefully be working as an architect within the summer months.

Please contact me on 0726352968 if you are interested.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: i need to find housemates before the first of next month otherwise ill have to move out. and i cant bear the thought of leaving this wonderful abode.

Best,

Andrea Schrader.
