Bedroom - is on the first floor with a double bed and furnished.

Living Room- is large with two double sofas and arm chair, a six seater dining room table, tv, freeview plus, DVD player with surround sound.

Kitchen and Drying Room - with new washing machine, lots of drying space, two fridges and one freezer and all the other normal stuff

There isnt parking space on the drive but you can park just up the road at anytime or outside the house after 6.30pm. A really nice garden with BBQ, table and chairs. We also have wireless broadband.

At present there are 3 girls and 2 guys, one of the guys is moving out to move in with their girlfriend. We all get on well and enjoy socialising together.

The house would suit a recent graduate. The house is in a good location, it is off Cowley Road which has lots of bars and places to eat. There are also a number of shops and takeaways just around the corner. There is also a bus stop a very short distance away which runs straight to town and the train station which runs every couple of minutes. We are a two minute walk away from Florence Park which has tennis courts
