i have lived here for over 3 yrs and i love it i have looked after it well an is lovely decorated with designer wallpaper in front room and laminate flooring, kitchen is not massive but still has a lot of storage space, has a large double room an a single room both with built in wardrobes! i would not want to move from here as it is so quiet my large bay window looks out on to southfield golf corse, warnford meadow is 2seconds walk away and is truly beautifull, ideal for walkin dogs, the council is putting in a new playground witch is situated outside the main entrance to the flat! the only reason that i want to move is i would love to have a garden for my son to play in (somebody has givin me a large paddling pool but i hav no where to put it!) iwould prefer a house but would consider any thing with in reason as long as it has a garden! thanks for looking feel free to contact me on 07798566608, thanks again
