Our client is recruiting 2 registered nurses to join their team providing high quality individualised care in a beautiful Home nr Witney in Oxfordshire. The Home provides user-led care for 78 elderly frail individuals and is part of a national Group of over 80 Homes.

Suitable candidates will be flexible, have a sense of humour, have up-to-date knowledge of care planning, an ability to lead and motivate a team (RNs take charge of a floor in the Home caring for 20+ clients). Registered nurses have responsibility for liaising with GPs, families and the multi-national staff group. The team of care staff help ensure elderly residents are assured of their independence and their dignity at all times.

£11.20/ hour, 37.5 hours per week, flexible shift patterns are available.
