You will have experience of working in similar busy restaurants and have a sound knowledge of food and wine. A passion and flair in providing excellent service is a must, and it is essential that you are a strong communicator with the desire to get it right the first time, every time. A sensible shift pattern, with an excellent rate of pay and gratuities is available.
