I am 29 m professional looking to move in a house with a someone who wants to share a 3 bed house. There are various options and the rent so far i have found is approx £800 to £900 for a 3 bed.
As its only going to be 2 of us so will have the use of full house along with a spare room. The contract will be around 6 months to 12 months.
