We have a lovely brand new two bedroom flat very spacious, large living room. with on suite shower room in the master bedroom and the other bedroom is the same size just without a on suite. There is also a separate large bathroom. The kitchen has a built in washing machine and we also have our own lockup garage built on to the property and our own car parking space. There is a school with playgroup less than 5 mins away, you can see the school playground from the bedroom window. There is also brand new shops being built just round the corner along with pubs,resturants and and food shops for main town and all other shopping outlets it is less than a 10 min walk away but there is also buses running into town at all times and just over the bridge is the main Banbury town train station.if interested please call or email as soon as possible very good reason for wanting an exchange due to needing to be closer to family for support.
