Hi there, I'm Andy, a 25y old British male young professional - I work as a business strategy consultant in the centre of town.

I am moving out of my flat, 22 Venneit Close, as my offices are being moved to London, so I need someone to take my room which will be available from the 2nd of January (exact date not yet determined as I need to find somewhere in London so availability date is maybe a bit variable at the moment).

Flat:

The flat is part of a nice, modern crescent; new build so all amenities etc are of high quality and the flat is very low cost for bills (~£20 month).

It has a fully fitted modern kitchen, lounge area, and 2 bathrooms - between 3 people which is a major bonus!

The flat block is located near to the train station (on Venneit Close, photos attached) and the Said Business School, centre of town is about a 10 minute walk.

You also have the added bonus of Jericho being under 10 minute walk away and Portmeadow just a few minutes walk up a footpath!

Room:

The room itself is a single although if you really wanted you could put in a double bed; comes fully furnished to a high standard (bed, nice wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk) and stays warm and cosy.

It also has the added benefit of a patio door leading straight out onto a shared grassed area at the front (see photo)

You would be moving in with two really nice guys, one (male) post-grad student and one (female) young professional.
