Working alongside our award winning head chef you must be passionate about food and produce, whilst looking to learn, learn, learn!
You must have an eye for detail and creative flair. You will need to work well under pressure, using only the freshest ingredients, running sections and preparing all your own mise en place.

Expect 40/45 hour weeks rising to 50 hour weeks when busy though with plenty of opportunity to gain experience at AA Rosette standard.

A competitive salary is offered which will reflect your own ability and is paid monthly along with a share of the gratuities. Other benefits associated with live in status include free laundry, 2 meals on working days etc etc.

References will be required, as will a good command of spoken and written English, along with a valid employment status.
