Job Description
As the Junior Sous Chef you will be required to assist the Head and Sous Chefs in all aspects of running a busy kitchen. The fresh modern outlook of this kitchen would definitely suit an up and coming Chef de Partie who is looking to push their career in the right direction.

Required Experience
The Junior Sous Chef will need to have fresh food experience, be confident in your own abilities and be comfortable with creating dishes from scratch. My client is looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about fresh, quality food.

Starting Salary
The starting salary for this role will be up to 20,000pa + Live-in accommodation + tips + other excellent company benefits.
