As a rough guide, our pricing structure is based on a charge of £4.50 per square foot per month. We provide a 'workstation' for each multiple of 80 square foot. The workstation includes a desk, an ergonomic chair, a 3 drawer pedestal, a telephone and a modern handset.

So for example, 160 square foot would provide two workstations and would cost £720.00 + VAT per month.

We have various office spaces on offer from a 4-5 person office to a space large enough for 15 people.

(Price mentioned above is for the largest office for 15 people. The space is 1209 Sq Ft.)
