An awesome room, large enough to be a double, with en-suite and furniture (bed, wardrobe, desk, bed side table, chair, chest of drawers, and tv/shelving unit) and ALL BILLS included. the flat is part of Sinnet Court, on Southfield Road and is ONLY available to students due the building being registered as student only, and therefore no council tax.

The flat is really nice, in a quiet section of the proerty, and the view from the room overlooks the private playing fields, meaning really nice unobstructed views, and its nice and quiet.

Flat mates are all really sweet clean and friendly, a great bunch ill be sad to say bye too, but i need to move closer to my placement. If your interested call or email me, and we can arrange a viewing or signing.
