Modern luxury mansion flat in a gated development (high ceilings, big windows, acres of grounds). It is owned by a friend of mine, and I am looking for a considerate, tidy and quiet professional flatmate who will help me to take care of it. The flat is non-smoking.

I am subletting the second bedroom, which has a single bed (new in January), a desk, an office chair and lots of built-in storage. The main bathroom would be for your use only.

Parking is not available, but it is within easy walking distance of the science park, cycling distance of the business park, and served by two bus routes into the city.

The tenant will pay £415 inc all bills, as they are all flat-rate. This sum will alter if the bills change.
