I am looking for a double room in Botley, on the Botley Road or just off of it, or in the city centre. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANY ROOMS OUTSIDE OF THIS AREA.

I'm looking for a clean and decent house and want to spend £450 (including bills) a month. For an en-suite room I will pay up to £550 (including bills) a month.

Not bothered about Sky or landline, but must have broadband.
