Professional household, very friendly - seeks 3 new housemates!

The house is in Fairacres Road which is just off the Iffley Road - central location near the river. It's a 5 minute bus ride into town and under 10 mins to cycle.

The house has 5 bedrooms and all bedrooms are a good size.
One room on the ground floor and two rooms on the first floor - both of which face the garden.

There's a large living room and kitchen with a utilities room to use for bikes. Large garden also.

The rent of £360 includes council tax. We have a phone and broadband package and bills are generally quite low.

You'd be sharing with two twenty somethings - Sarah (me) and Ian

We're pretty laidback - just want the kitchen etc to be clean and no smoking. Small pets are welcome!
