We are looking for someone who cares. Someone who notices and someone with experience of a high volume operation, high customer expectations and a quality establishment. Good rate of pay plus tips, meals on shift, great working environment with good team AND Christmas Day and Boxing Day OFF! (No accommodation available)

You will hold the NCPLH certificate, be a fluent English speaker, professional, hard working, honest, presentable and friendly. Track record of relevant work experience including cellar work necessary, with references. Approx. 38 hours per week, shifts usually 11-5pm or 5 till close. You need to show an ability to work well under pressure, display good customer service and product knowledge, take responsibility, assist/train junior members of the team.
