Role: QA Inspector - Electronics
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience
Location: Harwell, Oxfordshire

My client is seeking an experienced QA with a strong electronics background, for this role time served within a similar role is more important that qualifications. Your role will consist of the following duties:


* Ensure quality of the products reaches customers to the highest possible standard
* Contribute to meeting their corporate goals
* Relevant practical experience
* Highly motivated to develop technically as well as to contribute to the company's progress
* Experience of PCB assembly and light mechanical assembly techniques
* Solder in SMD / PTH and operating basic test equipment e.g. Oscilloscopes, DVM's and computers * Responsibilities will include outgoing QA
* Goods in inspection of materials and product from suppliers
* Inspection of demonstration equipment, and calibration of standards, calibration test and repair

Ideally you will be ONC or City and Guilds qualified in one of the aforementioned disciplines, but my client is more than happy to consider candidates with lots of experience.
