2x1 rooms in prof female flatshare (£333 pcm)
Hi!
I am leaving my flatmates to go back home and as a result, I am looking for someone to take over this fantastic bargain.
Located just off Cowley Road, at the end of a no through street, it's incredibly quiet, yet in less than 2 mintues you are in the huzzle and buzzle of Cowley Road with the NHS, Tesco, Carling Academy, bus stops, etc, and only 15min walking to the town centre or Cowley on the other direction.
My rooms are a living room (yep, all for myself only) and a single room (which can still fit a double bed if preferred). Then share the kitchen and bathroom with the girls.
Originally the rooms came empty but as I am leaving the country, I am looking for someone who is happy to take over my stuff for a very very reasonable price.
Deposit is £500, and bills on top of rent come about £85 a month tops (winter with the heating), but far less in summer.
Other than that, all you have to do is get on with my flatmates. They are 2 female prof. who also study, on their 30's, so I guess that female is preferred, but they are open to all possibilities.
Room is available from the 13th July.
