The care home belongs to a high quality group of care homes located around England and Scotland - The manager will report to a regional manager.

As Home manager you will take charge of the day-to-day running of the care home, including the overall standard of care, adherence to regulations and policies, overall supervision of staff, occupancy, and contact with authorities and relatives.

Home manager position is supernumerary, Monday to Friday, with 24/7 accountability and occasional weekend and night checks.

Candidates should have NVQ 4 / RMA with care home managerial experience.
