This is an excellent opportunity to work with a provider of care for children in a residential setting, managing a residential service and developing a staff team.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background of experience in a residential childcare environment, including proven previous management experience. You must have NVQ 4 in Care (Children & Young People) or equivalent, NVQ 4 in Management or hold the Registered Managers Award. You must also have a sound knowledge of the National Minimum Care Standards for Children's Homes and be committed to ensuring the delivery of an outstanding service.
