Parkhouse Bell is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing training provider in the welfare to work sector. My client is looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant in the Oxford centre.

This is a unique recruitment consultancy opportunity. You will work with struggling job seekers in identifying suitable job opportunities and sourcing placements. The role involves building relationships with employers in the local area and marketing clients as solutions to their recruitment needs. This involves being very pro-active in sales calls, visits, follow up service and networking. You will also be required to carry out health and safety checks of the workplaces.

This position is working with the long term unemployed so we are looking for strong, confident people that are motivated to help others, have excellent communication and people skills, are results and target driven and have a professional demeanour.

Ideally you will have experience within the welfare to work sector in recruitment, cold calling, sales, face to face negotiating, interviewing and maintaining employer/candidate relationships.

The successful applicant will have experience in Industrial recruitment.

The basic salary for this position is starting between £18,000-£21,000 plus bonuses. You will need your own transport ideally but this is not essential.
