Duty Manager – OFS Studio, Oxford

To effectively duty manage our shows and Loft classes at the OFS Studio and to ensure the smooth running of our Front of House operation. To ensure that we are giving the best customer service as well as adhering to all health & safety and licensing policies.

Key Attributes required:
· Numeracy Skills
· Customer Focus
· Sales Awareness
· Cash Handling Experience
· Supervisory Experience
· Good IT skills, inc. the use of Word and Excel.
· Ability to work shifts and work unsociable hours

Total of 33 hours per week as follows:
Tuesdays 4 – 11pm
Wednesdays 4 – 11pm
Thursdays 4 – 11pm
Saturdays 12 – 11pm
A job share will be considered for the right candidates.
