The Company - Field Sales Representative
Our client is a specialist medical company based in Eastbourne, East Sussex who endeavor to increase the quality of life for terminally ill and post surgical patients. These specialist and highly important products are believed to be the best in the field hence why the product line has recently being extended to include rehabilitation products. This is an extremely well respected organisation by both their clients and patient.
The Role - Field Sales Representative
The Field Representative role is a territory based role covering East Anglia and Oxfordshire. Main counties covered are Bedfordshire, Cambridge, Northamptonshire, North West Anglia, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
Initially you will start your training in Eastbourne. From there, you will shadow an experienced territory manager on the road, so you will not only receive extensive product training, but also "hands-on" training out in the field. There is currently a successful sales team of six people, the vast majority of which started as graduates. You will also have the opportunity to travel to Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, and occasionally other parts of Europe for further training throughout your career.
Once on the road you will have regular direct contact with some of the end users of your products either in clinics or support clubs. Patient support groups are very popular and monthly meetings are ran for patients to socialise and share experiences. This is likely to involve one evening a month, during which you will gain first hand experience and feedback from both medical professionals and end-users, which is naturally invaluable to your success in the role.

For this Sales Executive role you will need to be:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent preferably in a life science related subject
- Due to the nature of the role a full and valid drivers license is essential
